I couldn't tell if it was just a random block party or some other festival going on. A couple weeks ago down the street there was the DC Caribbean Carnival which I had no idea was about to go on, that is till they started blocking off the roads... lol

Is that a block party? We actually had one of those last year. Wasn't too bad. I even enjoyed some of it. (Blush).
