@Urbane Lion: Oh yeah... rice...fish...Giant shrip, and the fried rice noodles... It was presented very well. Everyone elses food was mouthwatering even with this in front of me. Though the waiter was, well was nice, but was not very clever in trying to find out if we were "big spenders"... I asked his opinion on the Sake, and he suggested either the $200+ bottle or the $10... I chose neither.
Although I'm likely to be posting some pictures that put that to shame soon. As I'm going to Japan on Saturday. ;) Last minute international trips FTW!
Was it yummy too? I'm sure it was. It looks amazing.

It was quite tasty. Though to be honest I was envious of what one of my friends got...
Restaurant Week is great!
Hi,
I was reading your comment over at Barbara's,and there was something that just DIDN'T seem right to me (sorry).
I grew up in the generation when ALL women had to taking typing tests, even for management jobs. The first line we always had to type:
the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.
It has all 26 letters in the keyboard, which is why it's such an important "sentence." If you change "jumps" to "jumped," you lose your "s."
I know, it's weird...it was just one of those things that I stared at and stared at and KNEW something was off!
Just thought I'd let you know, because Vered says you're cool.
Thanks,
Rita
@Rita: lol, I knew it looked off after I had submitted it, but was at work so I didn't get a chance to think about it. Thanks for letting me know!
Ooooh yeah! Looks awesome! Is that fish? Looks very asian. Is that glutinous rice? I like the fried rice noodles on the shrimp. Nice touch!
Urbane Lion's last blog post..How dirty are you?
